Scale House Software

Scale House Software · AAA Stakes LLC

Weigh tickets for scrap yards & recyclers

Gross / tare tickets, material grades, and settlement paperwork without rewriting every load — software that works with your existing truck scale.

Where it hurts today

Every load is written twice

Weights and grades go on a ticket, then into settlement or a buying sheet.

Grade mix is easy to mistype

Mixed loads and deductions create disputes when notes are messy.

Peak days overwhelm the booth

When traffic spikes, paper slows payouts and pickups.

Office and yard are out of sync

Invoicing waits on end-of-day ticket cleanup.

What the software is for

  • Digital weigh tickets with material and grade fields.
  • Faster settlement from the same ticket record.
  • Less retyping between the scale booth and the office.

Software only. Works with your existing scale and instruments via read-only capture. No invented client logos or performance claims on this page.

Works with your existing systems

Tickets, grades and test results, and settlement data can be sent to the accounting, billing, or grain software you already use — through an API when that software allows it, or as clean file imports when it does not. The goal is no retyping between the scale house and the office.
